We consider these advanced yoga studies. You do not need to be working on 500 hour certification to take one.top Full attendance required for 500 hour credit.

Curriculum:
Stephanie Keach is delighted to bring her sweet friend James Bailey from southern California to share his 30 years of wisdom and practice of living yoga and ayurveda. We'll be introduced to the five elements, the doshas and how they tie into hatha vinyasa yoga. Each session combines lecture and application: (a mix of led asana, pranayama, and student teaching). Each led asana class taught by special guest: Shala Worsley.
No partial attendance, and register early, this will fill! This weekend is for anyone interested in how the Sweet Sister Sciences of India are related: Yoga and Ayurveda. (Don't have to be a yoga teacher, or even a yoga student!)

Fundamental principles of ayurveda (Philosophy, five element theory, doshic theory)
Basic diagnostic skills to determine constitution and imbalances

Raja yoga from the perspective of health and healing
Yoga nidrai and the healing process

James G Bailey, LAc, Dipl Ayu, E-RYT inspires an awakening to authenticity as the highest expression of faith in oneself on the path of yoga and healing. His workshops and yoga teacher trainings are eclectic and entertainingly evocative. He is a licensed practitioner of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine and has been teaching yoga philosophy and meditation worldwide for 30 years. He is sought out by yoga communities and schools for his vast knowledge in traditional eastern teachings and modalities and the ability to bridge them to modern day living and individual healing.
