Advanced Yoga Studies

Seniors 65 and older are the fastest growing population right now. These baby boomers are in desperate need of yoga and education to help them adapt to their older bodies, minds and spirits.

All Levels Welcome, teachers, seniors and all the rest! You will receive credit for the Asheville Yoga Center's 500 hr. program after attending this weekend. We no longer print paper certificates (saving trees and unnecessary for YA purposes). YA only wants documentation information from Asheville Yoga Center regarding completion of our 500hr YA program, not individual units. If you are wanting certificate of attendance, you will automatically receive an email after completion of each session, which is all YA requires for ceu's, not 500hr.

Curriculum:
Come join us as we address such issues as Chair yoga, Deep Breathing, osteoporosis, arthritis, heart disease, chronic pain, menopause, prostate health, depression, insomnia, joint replacement, parkinson's, MS, and more.

Schedule:
Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 - 6:00 pm
Saturday, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm and 2:00 - 6:30 pm
Sunday, 8:30 - 11:30 pm and 12:30 - 3:30 pm
