This event is a 500hr RYA Teacher Training module. Read more about modules here. They are open to all, though you will get the most out of them if you have some yoga experience. We consider these advanced yoga studies. You do not need to be working on 500 hour certification to take one.

Come unwind and dig deep into your connective tissue with incredible guided meditations by Shala. There will be three YIN classes, (Friday afternoon, Saturday afternoon, Sunday am) followed by lecture and student teaching.

Energetics of Qi (prana) and meridians

Meditations for yin
Visualizations for yin
How to blend a flowing asana practice with yin

We no longer print paper certificates (saving trees and unnecessary for YA purposes). YA only wants documentation information from Asheville Yoga Center regarding completion of our 500hr YA program, not individual units. If you are wanting certificate of attendance, you will automatically receive an email after completion of each session, which is all YA requires for ceu's, not 500hr. top
