At an early age, Sadie was stricken with a mystery illness that caused disabling fatigue and muscle weakness for over a decade. Using the tools she now shares with her students, readers and viewers today, she worked her way back to total health when doctors thought it might be impossible.
Today, she has become a role model for balanced living, empowerment, and fitness through yoga. Sadie understands that it's only when we balance the parts of our lives—relationships to self and others, healthy eating, mindful workouts, centered finances, creative expression and more, can we truly have a whole, happy and healthy life.
Through experience, Sadie realizes that giving out until we burn out is no longer an option if we want to stay sane, energized and creative. She invites her students to feel for themselves the lightness and freedom born of moving from their core—both within the yoga practice, and out on the street in their daily interactions.
When Sadie teaches, whether it be a yoga workshop or a Core Living session, she brings all elements of living from center into the experience. She speaks to the Spirit inside each of us, asking us to use the practical solutions and accessible yoga postures she offers to dissolve old stories, limitations and external coping mechanisms. Then we can get back to the power of self-generating change, love, satisfaction, our yoga asanas, or any creative life's work we need to be completing, from the inside out.
Sadie's main intention is to make yoga and centering simple, fun, engaging and clear, so everyone she meets can take charge of their own future, by getting back to living honestly, and fully, right here in the present moment.

Sat., August 4, 9:00 - 11:00am: Flying From the Foundation and Core
What you do (or don't) with your foundation and deeper core alignment can either give you more benefits for your time spent on the mat, or sabotage even your best intentions. Flow through a mindful, creative Core Strength Vinyasa sequence Sadie designed to teach you how to activate your earth to core connection in every pose, to help you finally attain more lightness and power in all your poses, and specifically the elusive floating postures like jumping forward, arm balances and inversions. We build all poses from the ground up, so beginners are always welcome! Mostly asana.
Sat., August 4, 2:00 - 4:00pm: Transform Your Transitions
The way you get into a pose can cause you to reap—or lose many of--your benefits once you’re there. During this fun, sweaty flow, you’ll dive into the world of movement and anatomy in-between your poses, double the effectiveness of your practice and radically improve your ability in even your most challenging postures. Get ready to decrease stress and strain and increase power from the inside out!
