AYC’s Current Policies

Thank you for your patience with us during this time. We understand that you have made a financial commitment to AYC by purchasing a membership or package, and we are doing our best to address each individual’s questions as quickly as possible.

This page has information you will find helpful as you make a decision about what your options are.

We truly appreciate your patronage! As a small business, this unpredictable time has created undue hardship for us as we have been forced to close our doors to the studio, boutique, and training center. This has led to us temporarily laying off our beloved employees (however we are continuing to carry staff health insurance for them as that is crucial to combat this quickly spreading disease). Additionally, this has left our instructors with greatly diminished opportunity to earn income.

We are asking our clients to please continue to support AYC by opting for extensions, suspensions, or refunds to your AYC account for future use, instead of cash refunds during this time. While we will honor refund requests per the guidelines below, AYC will only be able to weather this storm with the support of you, our beloved yogis!

We understand that you may be experiencing financial hardships at this time as well, and we are making our refund and suspension policy more flexible for all offerings in order to accommodate. We are all in this together.

Studio Memberships

Yoga Classes

We really appreciate you sticking with us and we can’t wait to open back up in person. We would like to suggest that you first and foremost continue your practice with us by participating in our online virtual classes where you can easily continue to use any membership, package or purchase drop-in classes. The following options are being made available to our clients and will be made retroactive to March 14th, 2020, the last full day the AYC studio was open.

  1. $119 and $69 Members may receive an unlimited amount of time for their membership to be suspended OR may be canceled with a prorated refund that will take up to 30 days to process.
  2. $99, $109, and $59 Members are eligible for an unlimited amount of time for their membership to be suspended. Cancelations are subject to $200 Early Termination Fee per original agreement.
  3. Annual Passholders may receive an unlimited amount of time for their membership to be suspended.
  4. $159 Members may receive a prorated refund from March 14th that will take up to 30 days to process.

Class Packs

  1. 10 Packs or 100 Packs that are set to expire by June 30, 2020 will receive an extension until September 30, 2020.
  2. Intro Specials may receive an unlimited amount of time for their package to be suspended.

Programs, Teacher Trainings, Events and Housing

If you are enrolled in a training or workshop or lodging, you may transfer to a future date with no transfer fee. This is the ideal option to help support AYC. If this is not possible, we would prefer to credit your MBO account for future use, for any AYC service, event or product, no expiration. If this is not possible, you may receive a full refund within 30 days.

Class Series – We will finish the series once opened back up or online based off the teacher preference. We will be in touch with each of you to reschedule.


We are closed and cannot currently offer refunds. We apologize for the inconvenience and would be pleased to honor your return once we reopen. Please maintain your original receipt of purchase. All items must be returned in original and unused condition with all tags still on them.
