Flow Yoga Class Schedule

It’s never too late to start your practice!

Flow yoga, also called vinyasa yoga, synchronizes the movements of the breath with a dynamic sequence of connected yoga postures joined together in a smooth, flowing way. Breath is an important component of these classes while your teacher leads you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
