Hot Yoga Class Schedule
Some like it hot! We’ve got classes catered specifically for higher temperatures to get you sweating through your practice. With temperatures reaching 90 degrees or above, hot yoga classes will increase your flexibilty, give you a new challenge and have you feeling rejuvenated! Please bring your own mat, water bottle and towel. These classes are fast-paced and meant for those already familiar with basic yoga postures.
