Power Yoga Class Schedule
Challenge your practice!
Power Yoga indicates a vigorous practice that will challenge and energize you with a focus on building strength and concentration as you flow through powerful, flowing sequences. This type of class is meant to challenge you and your existing practice, make you sweat, have fun, and try an inversion (or three!). These classes are not recommended for beginners who do not have a basic knowledge of yoga postures.
